These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Pact, a habit-tracking mobile application (“App”) provided by Abhimanyu Verma (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”), based in Delhi, India. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License to Use Pact
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pact for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store policies. You may not:
- Modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
2. App Functionality
Pact allows you to:
- Create and track up to three habits (e.g., “Drink Water”) in the free version.
- Record unlimited check-ins per habit.
- View current-week analytics in the free version.
- View check-in history
- Send feedback or report issues via email to [email protected]. All data (habits, check-ins, analytics) is stored locally on your device and not uploaded to any server. You are responsible for any data you enter and should avoid including sensitive personal information (e.g., health or financial details).
3. In-App Purchases
Pact offers optional subscriptions (monthly or yearly) for premium features, managed through the Apple App Store and facilitated by RevenueCat. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- Billing: Recurring charges (monthly or yearly) based on the plan selected, as displayed in the App Store.
- Free Trial: Subscriptions may include a free trial period (e.g., 7 days), during which you can access premium features at no cost. The trial will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends via your App Store account settings.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your App Store account settings.
